Initiate Your Request
Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all patches and apparel are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
